Welcome to DependaMove Princeton Towing. By using our towing and roadside assistance services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before requesting our services.

1. Services Provided

DependaMove Princeton Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, vehicle type, and specific circumstances.

2. Payment and Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Pricing is based on factors including distance, vehicle type, time of service, and special equipment requirements.

You will receive a price estimate before we begin service. Final charges may vary if additional work is required or if circumstances change during the service. We reserve the right to charge storage fees if a vehicle is not retrieved within a reasonable time period.

3. Vehicle Condition and Liability

We take great care to handle your vehicle safely and professionally. However, by using our services, you acknowledge that towing involves inherent risks, especially for vehicles that are already damaged, modified, or have pre-existing mechanical issues.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage that occurs as a result of the vehicle's condition. You are responsible for accurately describing your vehicle's condition when you request service. We are fully insured and will address any damage caused by our negligence or improper handling.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, location, and the nature of the service needed. You must be present or authorize a representative to be present when we arrive to provide service.

You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before it is towed. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during transport or storage.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your service request at any time before our truck arrives. If you cancel after our truck has been dispatched or has arrived at your location, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover our time and travel costs.

6. Disputes and Complaints

If you have any concerns or complaints about our service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled in accordance with New Jersey state law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DependaMove Princeton Towing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
